c44km Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between c44km ("the Platform", "we", "us") and you ("the User", "Player") regarding your use of the c44km website and all gaming, betting, and account services available through it. These Terms govern your registration, access to games, placement of bets, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and all other interactions with the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on c44km, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. c44km reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not be self-excluded from c44km or any other gaming platform through an active self-exclusion order at the time of registration or play.

c44km is operated for the Bangladesh market and certain other permitted territories. The Platform is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where such services are unlawful. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of c44km complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. c44km makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of using the Platform in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

To access real-money gaming features on c44km, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid, functioning mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Any other information that c44km may reasonably request for identity verification or fraud prevention purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c44km account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. c44km will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify c44km immediately via the support email in the footer if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Each individual may register only one account on c44km. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different phone numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where c44km identifies that a player is operating multiple accounts, all such accounts may be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the situation before any further activity takes place.

c44km accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers from supported Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• International card payments via Visa and Mastercard where available.

Withdrawals from your c44km account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the c44km account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• c44km may require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank.
• c44km reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

All transactions on c44km are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳ / BDT). c44km is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Account balances are displayed in BDT at all times.

All bonuses and promotions offered on c44km are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount plus the deposit amount, and must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g. live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement rollover.
• c44km reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse, fraud, or a breach of bonus terms is suspected or identified.

c44km actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is identified, c44km reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close the relevant account without further liability to the player.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the c44km sports betting and casino platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out feature for a given market.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, c44km's decision on the validity and settlement of the affected bet shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of play.

c44km reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error; (b) the outcome of the bet was known at the time of placement; (c) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or ruled invalid by the relevant sporting authority before the relevant markets closed. In any case of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

c44km is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a short-term break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is suspended for gaming purposes but withdrawals of any remaining balance are still permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from c44km. A self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours of submission and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

c44km takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors extremely seriously. It is an offence to permit a person under the age of 21 to gamble on c44km. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to their c44km account, login credentials, or any device on which the Platform is logged in. c44km employs age verification procedures and may suspend accounts pending verification where there is any reason to doubt that the account holder meets the minimum age requirement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c44km and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn through c44km.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any interaction with c44km support.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported to support immediately and will not be honoured.

All content available on c44km, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and the c44km brand name, is the property of c44km or its content and game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from c44km without express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c44km excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, game, or feature within it, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside c44km's control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information that may contain errors.

c44km collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. c44km will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

c44km reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, c44km will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the contact information held on their account. It is, however, the responsibility of each player to review these Terms periodically to ensure that they remain familiar with the current version.

The date displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of c44km following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and c44km, the player is encouraged to contact c44km support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. c44km will endeavour to resolve all legitimate player disputes promptly and fairly.

c44km's decision in respect of any dispute shall be final and binding unless the relevant decision can be shown to have been made in bad faith or in material error. Players who remain dissatisfied following c44km's decision may seek independent advice or pursue available legal remedies within their applicable jurisdiction.
